The diagnosis was done incorrect, so wrong parts ordered. The side mirror switch was faulted, but it was diagnosed that the side mirrors where bad during my last visit, so the mirrors where ordered instead of switch. This requires me to come back again to get the switch replaced.

I wanted to express my concern regarding my recent visit. I waited for three hours without receiving any kind of update on my vehicle. Eventually, I approached the service desk myself and was then told that the information had been sent to Volkswagen, and that it would take 5–7 days to hear back since nothing could be done onsite. Had I not asked, I would have continued waiting with no communication, which is very disappointing. On top of that, my vehicle is still not fixed. Please let me know what the next steps are and when I can realistically expect this issue to be resolved.
