Everyone we contacted to make an appointment were courteous and helpful. The service advisor took time to explain what the service consisted of, and told us up front this was a free service a part of the VW warranty!

Service advisor checked me in quickly and discussed additional services. Worked was performed as planned, and the only negative was that the service took a little longer than normal for a routine maintenance visit.
