After leaving the dealership and arriving home, I parked my car and noticed fluid flushing out from under the hood. Shortly after, multiple warning alerts appeared due to low coolant levels. It seems the cooling system lid had not been properly closed and tightened during service. I immediately had to drive back to the dealership, where I was made to wait 30–40 minutes to get my car back. Unfortunately, I did not receive any apology or explanation for the issue. This experience left me very disappointed, as I expected more care and accountability from the service team.
