After leaving the dealership and arriving home, I parked my car and noticed fluid flushing out from under the hood. Shortly after, multiple warning alerts appeared due to low coolant levels. It seems the cooling system lid had not been properly closed and tightened during service. I immediately had to drive back to the dealership, where I was made to wait 30–40 minutes to get my car back. Unfortunately, I did not receive any apology or explanation for the issue. This experience left me very disappointed, as I expected more care and accountability from the service team.

Frank was so awesome! He communicated with me and provided excellent customer service. Although I purchased my new Atlas from the Suburban Novi dealership, I knew that I would likely get much better service at the Fox Automotive dealership in Rochester. I have always gotten excellent service at this location.

The diagnosis was done incorrect, so wrong parts ordered. The side mirror switch was faulted, but it was diagnosed that the side mirrors where bad during my last visit, so the mirrors where ordered instead of switch. This requires me to come back again to get the switch replaced.
