    I was overcharged. I ordered the get 3 tires and 1 free deal online and I added alignment. I was charged for an alignment in addition to the total. Paid for a $199 foxcare and then was charged $149 for an inspection.

    I bought brand new vehicle. Found it couldn’t connect to VW car net the communication module was not working. It took me over an hour to drop off to service. The bay was empty, 4 service reps in bay and no one even greeted me for 15 min. Then I was given a loaner and service had my car for a full week. There was minimal communication of why or how long it should take. I have had regular maintenance done on other vehicles and always quick but not this time and on a vehicle I had only had for 5 days was in service for 7 days. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I even called the service manager and received no response. Very disappointed.
