I found my salesperson, Dan Colangelo, very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. He did not pressure the process and that made such a difference for me as a consumer. He was clear and followed through on everything with no surprises.

Personal interactions were fine. The unavailability of commonly needed parts such as rims and tires is very concerning. After 1 week, the rim is still not available and service person says it could be another 1 or 2 weeks. Very disappointing and will be a significant factor in determining my next vehicle after the lease expires.

The tire rotation was incorrect as I marked the tires. Tech tried to argue with me that X rotation is fine. I called service manager and he didn't care, thought I 2as being picky. Never will use Fix again.
