I had trouble getting back to the service tech to send the courtesy car. I should have gotten it straight when he called me to tell me my car was ready.

The crew at the dealership were awesome! From the salesperson Brendan Stokes to the support Personnel in the office, my wife and I had a great experience test driving the Atlas and then returning on a busy Monday to finalize the purchase. Very nice and clean showroom with a comfortable customer area allowed for a good feeling while we closed the deal on our new vehicle. We can't thank you enough for the professionalism!

Fox had my Tiguan for 4 months waiting for VW to send them a new cylinder head. No one at Fox nor VW customer service could tell me when the part would be available
