The sales person was very knowledgable a friendly and I referred the non hard sell approach. His knowledge on VW was impressive. He supplied a lot of printed background. There was only one vehicle choice available, so that became an unexpected motivator, but the car was close enough for our needs. Only things we had issue with was the lack of charging cable included, we know VW was not offering the same accessory options as the ford ev we were looking at with the home fast charger, but we thought there would at least be a plug in charger. This was an assumption on our part, but still a $350 post sale surprise that sent me into a day or two of research. I was not alone on surprise for that, found lots of feedback online on the topic. But overall, we are happy with the purchase and would recommend Rolf to friends.
