Still not fixed. Second trip in for same issue. And just keep getting told it needs update. That didn’t fix it. Then went back again they say my phone needs update. Why make me drive there just to tell me my phone needs an update. What a joke. Gotta go back to the big three again

I have one complaint, and it is a simple one to remedy. I drove in the service garage, no one acknowledged me what soever. I would estimate there were five employees standing in that area. There was NO other customer in the area. No one stopped taking or looked up from their desk. It was obvious no one was working, that is OK, I know that can happen in the late afternoon in a car dealership. I had to sit there and try to get one of the gentleman's attention to ask if I should pull all the up to the end. Once I pulled up a very nice young man said he would help me in a minute. I am a good customer of Fox and this is not unusual. This is a service industry; a customer should at least be acknowledged.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I waited 1.5 hours for my cat to get ready. A oil change could be a little bit faster.
