Everything was great except one thing. We brought the vehicle in for 10,000 mile oil change. There was no charge for that, but was told it is recommended to have an oil, gas and engine treatment done which we did and costs $192. The vehicle has just over 2500 miles on it and was told by VW that it isn't necessary until the 20,000 oil change. So that's disappointing to know now that it wasn't really necessary.

My experience with Fox VW really could not have gone better! Working with Elizabeth was a joy. As a matter of fact, my decision to purchase a Jetta was largely due to Elizabeth and the "vibe" of the dealership. I did not feel as comfortable at the other dealers I visited.

I dropped in without an appointment because the ID.4 tires were losing air pressure and they took me right away. Unfortunately they were not able to find the leaks and I continue having to add air to two of the tires. One goes down to 7 psi and the other to 21 psi overnight.
